I contracted Red Sky Constructors to remodel a commercial building space. The project consisted of demolition, rewiring electric, re-routing water and waste water lines, HVAC changes, window installations, flooring, drywall, paint and finish. We had a dedicated project manager who was on-site for the majority of the project. When he wasn t on-site, he was responsive by text or phone. He coordinated the subcontractors and communicated any scheduling and build issues we ran into. He also did quite a bit of handy work and kept the construction space debris-free as much as possible for a job like this. The project stayed on budget and they hit our move-in date. This was my first commercial remodel. I would use Red Sky Constructors again.
