Wish I had four hands to five them four thumbs down. The Grand Prairie location has the rudest and most unprofessional sales people and managers. From the moment you call for an appointment, when you check in until the moment you try to make sense of the deal offered. I purchased twice from the Dallas location and they were excellent. Such a disrespecting attitude from the GP sales staff treating customers like illiterate peasants getting mad because we asked to match a warranty package deal they try to force feed you very aggressively. If you are someone trying to make sense, this is not your place. If you like Driversselect, go to the Dallas location or simply take your business somewhere else, not the GP location. Their staff knows how to treat people. Steer clear from Harry (salesman) and his manager who thinks she is Almighty God. My wife felt we were treated differently. Way to treat a US Veteran family GP!!!
