They were super nice while trying to get us to buy their car. After we bought it we have had nothing but trouble. They have not paid off our trade-in, so we are still paying on it. The salesman, Mary, was johnny on the spot during the sales process, now she won't return our calls or emails. The customer service line says they will call the back the same day, but we still haven't heard back from them either. Also, they say they don't haggle, but when we told them we were leaving because thet said they couldn't get us the rate we wanted, the sales manager came out and offered to discount the car. This place is a joke! They will try and screw you on the rate, too, if you let them.
Well, I see you deleted your last response with the customer service number for us to call. Could that be because it was just another generic number with another generic automated greeting? I went ahead and left yet another voicemail. I guess I will continue to wait for someone from your exceptional customer service department to call back. I find it interesting that someone monitors the reviews on here on a daily basis to watch for negative comments, but the people who can actually help resolve problems are nowhere to be found after you purchase a vehicle.
