Rinehart tries their best. However a property management company shouldn t try it should do and promptly so. How these guys aren t outta business amazes me. I have spent 17~19 days without heat in the month of January alone. I m sure if I called a city inspector they would condemn this house that has 4 feet of standing water in the basement.

I feel deeply for the customer service employees at Rinehart as they take the brunt of customer negativity when the fault most likely lies elsewhere.

Only rent from Rinehart if you have exhausted all further options.
