I heard the establishment served good food but it seems customer service in the industry of where the customer is something most places value but NOT this place !
I phoned at exactly 7:06 to place a order that totaled well over 100.00 only to be told SORRY WE ARE ALREADY CLOSED !

Nowhere on the site I found says all orders by 7:00 pm and with that I hung up very disappointed

So much so I phoned back just to ask once more for our order to be taken since the orders stop at 7 but it s still OPEN and giving out all the ones called in BEFORE 7

Once again the man REFUSED to take my order at 7:09 pm and it s still LIGHT OUTSIDE !

So this is one place where I guess my business just was not wanted or desired !

During this pandemic I ve found many nice things but this place is NOT ONE OF THEM !

7:06 pm with a 100.00 order and first time patron is NOT the type of business I was raised with where CUSTOMERS MATTER and repeat business is sought after !

So JACKALOPE RANCH YOU GET A GREAT BIG THUMBS DOWN FOR RUDE AND BEYOND TO A PATRON THAT IS NOW VERY UNIMPRESSED !
