I joined Lighthouse in October 2018. I was immediately impressed with how the company conducts itself, with integrity and transparency. We treat our insureds fairly and honestly. I did not experience Hurricane Florence first hand, but helped a number of agents and insureds through the claims process and I can t say enough about those experiences.
