Further care needs to be paid to staff they need more attention not oversight but training and care management seems to be doing their best to keep things running smoothly but clearly they more resources. Service looks a little spread thin. if you attention accommodations seem to be showing wear and tear for a room that goes for $389 on an off peak night. Cocktail Lounges seem to be adequate Spa seems to be adequate
