Great service from the sales people just got my Ford Fusion 6 months ago. But other then that if you go for a question, oil change, anything in that service area. The people suck at helping you. When you drive in, and they look at you like they don t wanna help. Worst customer service i have ever seen. I get better service at family dollar..... I stood there for 2 min waiting not even a hello. They were not busy at all. Maybe because I m a minority because as soon as a white guy comes in they greeted righ away. Very rude! Treat all your customers right. specially the older lady sitting next to the garage door. Very rude and so does the other younger lady next to her. I heard her tell a nice customer are you going to let me talk so I can tell you wants going on the customer was not even being rude at all. Over all very unprofessional they need to learn cutomer service. Never going there again.
