Maria Willison Review of AutoNation Toyota cerritos
Our leasing experience with AutoNation of Cerritos...
Our leasing experience with AutoNation of Cerritos was fairly trouble free. We did our research on the car we wanted, 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. We used a few sites on the net like Edmonds to see what was considered a fair price. To get pricing information you have to include your email address to receive the
The actual price of the vehicle.
With this price in hand we started shopping different dealerships. I contacted the dealership that I ve done business before and have had a good relationship with. But they said, I can t get the specific vehicle you want. Which is surprising considering the last time we leased with them , 2016, the salesman drove to another dealership and picked up the the car and brought it back for us. We ended up leasing that car and were happy with the salesman and the transaction. Obviously things have changed at that dealership in the last 3 years. After telling us they couldn t get the vehicle we wanted they never followed up at all.
We contacted AutoNation Cerritos by email and Daniel Solorzano responded offering to help. They had the car we wanted and he answered any questions we had. We arranged a time to meet and begin the transition. Daniel stayed in contact throughout the process.
We saw the car and it was exactly what we wanted so we began the negotiations. The price was fair and we leased it. There s so many fees besides the actual price of the vehicle so you have to be prepared for that.
The finance man, Alex Khamnei, was easy to deal with. Lots of standard papers to sign including an extended warranty we declined. He wasn t pushy like most finance people which we appreciated.
Daniel went over the operating features of the car Which made things much easier.
The whole experience was good, no high pressure tension that s common in the car business.
Just do your research and know what a fair deal is. Remember you can always walk out.
