Horrible. They completely ruined our day.
We booked for 2 adults and 4 kids to do tubing launching from Bingemans at 11am.
They called me the day before to ask if we could launch at 12:30 instead, as there was a request from another party for that launch time. I agreed.
We drove an hour to get there - had no actual idea where we were supposed to meet anyone as there was no information provided by email or on the website or at Bingemans. When we finally found the meeting place, it was 12:25 so we were just on time. After waiting 20 minutes I called to find out when we could expect the guide. The girl who answered said our guide was on his way and should be there soon. ON HIS WAY. We waited another 30 minutes before calling again. The girl said she would find out and asked me to call her back in 10-15 minutes - I said no. We d already been waiting close to an hour, I wasn t going to wait 15 more minutes to hear back. She called me back 5 minutes later and said the guide was driving the shuttle bus and it broke down and he wouldn t be coming. WHAT THE HELL!? Seriously - I didn t believe this at all. And by the way, the other party the we changed our plans for never showed up. They said they would refund our money or we could keep a credit for the next time - yah right!!!!! No thanks. I asked them to process a refund, we will see if goes through

I found the entire experience lacking organization.
I should have known with the booking (which was confusing online and do not outline details or procedures). My credit card was charged twice - though when I finally reached someone one the phone they said it wasn t. Still trying to sort this out.

I would not recommend at all. We wasted our entire day with 4 disappointed kids. It and drove an hour to get there and an hour back. Brutal.
