I have had a vehicle for almost 3 years in LOA. I have a maintenance, service and wear parts contract. Following the technical check in November 2020, my battery is detected as being at the end of its life. However, opteven refuses to take charge of it because I have carried out 2 interviews. Except that vehicle maintenance is a different thing from changing wear parts. In this case, the wearing parts must be changed pile-up at the time of maintenance. There had never been any question of choosing between maintenance and wearing parts, the two being clearly separated in the contract. But impossible to make them understand.
Opteven is to be avoided, unprofessional, not listening.
