The staff was great, helpful, friendly and very involved. Shadene, RuShane, and Alex kept the kids engaged and entertained all week!
Would have been 5 star but the morning we were leaving the breakfast was a major failure. There was supposed to be pastries but there was none at all and no drinks except a little bit of milk. We had to request something to drink from the front desk manager. Also our room was not 100% ready and clean when we got into it. The sliding glass door was off track and about fell off onto me when I tried to open it, the sink and floors were a little dirty and a trundle sheet had not been changed. We notified them and they quickly cleaned and did their best to fix the door.
