While we initially bought our twin home from Schell Brothers because of the quality we saw in the model home, we became more and more happy with our decision as the building progressed. It was our third time buying new construction and based on those past experiences, we prepared ourselves for unkept promises and non-responsive staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the follow-through and commitment by all staff in giving us our dream home and truly making us feel "at home" with the community and the area. Each and every staff member we dealt with was not only friendly, but seemed genuinely interested in our family and cared about our opinions and responded promptly to every single call or email sent along the way.
