I've been here less than 20 minutes, AND THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN..WHY?

THE IMMEDATE and utterly PHENOMINAL SERVICE WHEN WALKING IN THE FRONT DOOR.

MATTHEW, you sir, are truly one of a kind..you're character immediately set you apart! Your attention to detail, your patience, honesty, and and tenacity to deliver "award winning service"..that simply can't be taught. You are unique, and you have such a bright future in front of you.
