One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen - restored original dwellings collected to form a village of suites, most of which seem to have their own private terraces and jacuzzis, are criss-crossed with lanes for the luggage carrying donkey and sun heat wearing guests to preamble to a light lunch, dinner on the fantastic terrace (with the best sunset view) or to get to the beach!

The main building is a spectacular piece of restored period architecture and the pool is beautiful. The spa building is a restored ruin with another beautiful terrace and sports the wine tastings and massages! All of it full of character.

The staff were delightful and welcomed us as warmly as they would relatives into their home. They served us the most amazing breakfasts and weekend got drinks and fruit on arrival to welcome us!

The room was large and spanned multiple levels. We had a private terrace with a jacuzzi which wasn't overlooked at all. We couldn't have been better cared for. Idyllic.
