If you build your own pizza it's cheaper than the exact same pizza that they have built for you. When we got our bill and brought this to our waitresses attention, she replied that the prices are on the menu so it's not her fault and that once the system rings it in she cant do anything. She also charged extra for the base cheese which is supposed to come on a pizza! She was rude but did get her manager who rectified the issue. In the midst of all this, I forgot my entire pizza that I had packed to go. I came back 5 minutes later and the staff said they threw it out and the lady walked away. We paid close to $100 for food and drinks at this place. I hope they provide some serious customer service training to their front line staff.
