My brother was brought in by ambulance at 8am and it is after 10:30am and he has yet to be seen nurse or doctor. I spoke to attending, who said they have other emergencies. It is the ER! But where are the doctors to treat the non life threatening injuries. And, waiting to be seen non life threatening injuries can become life threatening. Management must do better to serve the community!
