EMC is a great company! I have been with EMC for 15 years and have never worked for a company that cares more about their employees. We are a family and you get treated that way, no matter how much we have grown over the years it's still true. As with any company, you are expected to show up and put in the same hard work that everyone else does, and you get appreciated regularly for that hard work. That's what continues to set EMC apart from other companies. I don't see myself working anywhere else.
