Throughout my later contracting years with many different agencies across Canada I found what I believe to be the most professional aerospace recruiting companies out there. While Saxon certainly looks at their own bottom line, they don't forget who is putting them there and share the rewards for committing to an extremely demanding and often unforgiving contract environment.
Saxon is very professional and very personal at the same time. They visit you on job sites, invite you for dinners, want your business.
They look after their engineers, pay well, and give you for your contract what is actually required by law. I never had a contract before before where you are automatically provided with a plane ticket, a car, a hotel, and good pay. Most other contracting experiences left me with suspicions of being stolen from.
Good:. Pay, no logistics issues, honest, pay on time.
Bad:. None noted so far
