My husband and I are one of the original residents...

My husband and I are one of the original residents at 15 Viking Lane. We moved into the building in 2012 shortly after the building opened. During the time we have lived here we have been exceedingly pleased with the property management provided by Claudia and her staff. As the site manager, Claudia is very competent, organized and responsive. She is extremely hard working and concerned about making sure those who live in the building have a positive experience. She runs a tight ship and the building is excellently maintained. There are occasional issues with equipment breaking down but Claudia is immediately on top of things and does a great job of communicating the status of issues with residents. Nora, in the front office is very friendly, accommodating, patient, and flexible in helping with booking amenities like the party room or guest suites. I truly appreciate her help in this regard. Jawad, supervises the concierge staff and we are so grateful that he is here. He has a tremendous sense of humour and always greets us with a big smile and a kind word. We feel very safe and secure knowing that he is looking after us. The cleaning staff does a great job of keeping the building sparkling clean and I am proud to have my friends visit us. Thank you for the great job you all do!
