By far one of the worst customer service experiences I ve encountered. Their sales staffs were extremely condescending, spoke with degrading attitudes and dismissive. My husband and i Wanted to withdraw an agreement because we wanted to explore other vehicles. Their demeanor immediately changed once we request a refund. Not only rudeness was prevalent, lies were fed on top of lies to power sell. If you are considering purchasing a Mercedes I highly recommend the dealership at Long Island city instead they gave me a really good deal instead.
