We purchased our vehicle on 4/5/14 and was told that the title would take up to ten days and then would be overnighted to us. Then on 4/15/14 Bayird called to say that they were mailing our title. Expecting it to be a prompt delivery we called on 4/18/14 and asked when to expect it. We were told it was mailed that day. On 4/28/14 we called back to inform them we still hadn't received our title and we were told it was mailed that day. I stated we head that a week ago. I was informed due to corporate they can't go to the post office very often. (WHAT?!? You don't get mail delivery???) We called again on 5/1/14 to state their are only a few days left to license our vehicle without a penalty and we still don't have a title. I was told it was mailed that morning! It was supposedly in the mail three other times. I asked to speak with a manager at this point and was told no one was available and left a message. Well as of today 5/2/14 we have called yet again and said that it was mailed yesterday and we should have it by Monday which is May 5, 2014 and 30 days since our purchase so we face a penalty because we were lied to by the office personnel several times.

As far as the experience purchasing the car there was no problems, just don't leave without a title or if you do don't expect the office to care whether or not you have your necessary paperwork for your licensing agent.

Also note at this point we have yet to here from any manager.
