I have been going to David McDavid Honda for service since they opened in the Frisco location
People have questioned why I get my car serviced there vs. a local car repair where it may be less expensive
My answer is that I do trust and respect my advisors that I have had and was once told if I get my maintenance done there on a continuous basis if something happens they are more than likely to work with me
I like the fact if they find something while getting my oil changed they till me what needs to be done right away and what can wait .
I also have always had incredible advisors and I now joke if you are my advisor plan to get promoted as several of my past advisors have including my last advisor kelvin Jones who is awesome
It s always a warm feeling when I go there and I know they will do what they can to help me
I just left there today after having a big repair done and I know it was done right and they will back it up
Thanks again Kelvin Jones , Tim Tran and Matt even though I didn t see you this visit
Also want to give a shoutout to the driver who after coming back to the dealership last night and was parking had no taking me home
Wish I knew his name ( he s worked there 11 years )
