The service was fine and they finished on time. They did what was asked - an oil and filter change - for a good price. The only thing that frustrates me is that they suggested an additional $400 worth of services, indicating that they were Overdue and needed immediate attention. Which was not true according to the manufacturer - Honda. For example, they wanted to change the transmission fluid - indicating that it needs to be done at 30,000 miles...but according to the service guide published by Honda, it is 60,000 to 70,000 miles under normal use. In fact, when I checked the color of the fluid, it was not anywhere near over due . They recommended other services as well.

I know that the dealership needs to make money, but this practice is somewhat deceptive and is ultimately wasteful. I really wish they would be more straightforward with the recommendations and not assume everyone drives their vehicle in extreme conditions.
