I stayed here for the KC Marathon in 2012, this hotel is literally steps from the start/finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful, while they didn't offer late checkout for runners they did allow guests to keep their key to access the showers in the fitness center after their race. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I had a great view of Downtown KC and Union Station. I have already reserved my room for the 2013 KC Marathon.
