The Saturday morning breakfast & tram tour is an excellent promotion to introduce a younger generation to horse racing. However it takes employees who are skilled at making guests feel it was an enjoyable experience. The young men distributing the promotional gifts are not among them. When a parent requested a tee shirt replacement that fit, they were given a FLAT NO!!!! Not a good image to those within ear shot including myself.
