Whatever you do dont book thru a last minute website as you will be given a second rate room where nothing works (dont accept room 318) saving grace of this hotel is the doorman who is genuine and kind but has the task of fixing the reception staff's mistakes. Sh1t hotel Im only giving them 2 stars because some of the staff are good. P.S. as London goes its the middle of nowhere.
