I'm writing this to say just how kind Sunnyside Property Management has been to me... I was possibly going to rent an apartment with them. I decided to take it and signed a lease. My circumstances changed and I was no longer able to take the unit. They could've charged me and made the process horrible, but they were extremely kind and gave me grace. They let me out of it with no charge. I've been on the phone with multiple people over the past few days... all have been very understanding and worked hard to get me answers.
