I was in a bind. I had just pulled my car into the garage and let the door down when there was a loud crashing sound. Fortunately, it was just (JUST?) the spring on the garage door breaking. I called the company who installed the door a number of years ago and just got voicemail. Then I turned to the Better Business Bureau and found Ameriserv. They were fairly close to my location so I called and told them my sad tale. Josh arrived just a couple of hours later and fixed my door. I had him do some other maintenance on the other door and now both our garage doors are in tip-top shape. Never heard back from the first company I contacted. Next time there'll be no hesitation - I'll just call Ameriserve. Thank you Josh for your fast and professional repair work.
