Always loved their products. Bought a new treadmill over 1100.00 . Put together. Motor was cranking. Tried to call customer service but they said I had not registered that phone so they would not take my call 3 times. Boxed up. Called their return dept. waited 52 min for them to tell me they are charging me 300 for the return 24 hrs later since I didn t call customer service. Explained that I did and they would not accept the call. Tried email and no help will never buy from them again and will let everyone know not to purchase from them. This is poor business
