I was loyal MB customer for last 15 years. But now...

I was loyal MB customer for last 15 years. But now it's over. My wife's recent Mercedes(Miami branch) was on tires that last less than 10000 miles and i had to buy new set on dealership (Palm Beach branch) and when i had to do it again on 20000 miles i got normal tires set that still looks new and at the moment of the lease end. What a bad surprise they have charged me for FULL price for their "cool" tires because they are not RunFlat. BEWARE of this tire issue!
sending my check with relief that never buy this brand again....
of course "read the contract" etc etc but anyway i see no more client orientation approach here
