I've made over six phone calls, each one lasting over an hour in hold time before I had to give up because I cannot spend all day sitting next to my phone with three children waiting for a human to pick up. ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS PAY A TRAFFIC TICKET OVER THE PHONE AND IT IS QUITE LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE. I've spent over 6 hours collectively trying to reach someone. Shame on whoever is responsible for this completely ineffective ridiculous excuse for an answering service, ANSWERING SERVICES WOULD REQUIRE THAT SOMEONE ACTUALLY ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE. Pathetic!!!!
