I roasted the service department a year ago for taking forever on an oil change and car wash(more like a quick spray), like four hours I was there. I'm gonna bump them up to four stars because damn the people there are persistent wanting to right the wrong. I still get emails for deals, but once bitten twice shy babe, I'm not going back. Maybe it's better now, I'll never know, there's too many places to take my business with just as competitive prices. Knock five grand off a new accord coupe six cylinder and we can make five stars, lol!
