Gina and Rickey at the front desk were AWESOME and Brandon one of the Bellhops was also very helpful. Unfortunately the hotel rooms and beds were not what I would expect from a Westin hotel but I believe Gina said they were going to begin renovating the entire hotel starting in December 2018. The lobby and common areas are beautiful. I'm giving 3 stars just based upon the service, I'm sure once the renovations happen. Gina went above and beyond for my daughter and I.
