I like towers and I do these in every country I visit. 3 stars because it was like most of the others but they were very unwilling to make change so I could use the pennypress - they made me purchase something, which was a first for me. Normally people are very helpful and don't mind making change, which I only need to break a $20 into a $10 and two $5 for the change machine by the pennypress.
