This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Hendrick Honda. Every time has been a pleasure. This time was no different. My salesman, Mon Nguyen, was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He went through and explained everything with great detail about my new 2014 Pilot.
Thanks to everyone involved with my Pilot buying process: from the finance dept for explaining my contract in laymans terms, to a random salesperson who offered me a cold beverage while waiting. Great doing business with you all.
