First day in, had to wait a while to get someone to assist. But once assigned Arnold, we got all our questions answered timely. My husband wasn t sold on purchasing a BMW for our family car, but it was Arnold s persistence and timely follow ups over the phone in a span of over a month in helping us finally find our dream car, and having it delivered from a different dealership. Tony, the financial manager was also very helpful and willing to work with us to figure out what financing option would work.
