The Flat Company have been excellent. I cannot fault their service as a landlord. From the first prompt response to my initial enquiry, which led to very quick visits and valuations for both of my flats in Edinburgh, right through to the letting period. I left another Edinburgh letting agent who had let me down terribly, to sign up to The Flat Company, on the strength of several recommendations and the courtesy, efficiency and helpful advice from a particular member of staff. I am very impressed indeed and would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. Please keep up the good work!
