I had an excellent experience. My wife and I had been to four other dealerships including Toyota Escondido before coming to Toyota Carlsbad. The other dearlerships, especially Toyota Escondido, had mediocre or poor customer service. Our salesman, Lou "Babalou" Maldonado was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We were able to reach a deal quickly. My wife and I recommend this dealership.
