Horrible HORRIBLE customer service at this hotel. We had to call multiple times for anything we needed, we went down to order coffee at the starbucks in the lobby and there was no one there to take our order so we stood around for 5 minutes waiting and none of the 4 people at the front desk asked if we needed help. The rooms were musty and molded smelling as was the air coming from the air conditioning. Some of the towels and wash cloths were dirty with stains and the lazy river was dirty. House keeping was sorta rude. Won t be staying here again.
