This was the most positive car buying experience I have ever had. Northside's attention to detail and patience shows that they care about their customers. Larry Kidd put me first, answered all of my questions and gave me confidence in both the brand and their establishment. In addition, my pre-owned ES 350 drove flawlessly on my road trip home (which is halfway across the country.) I couldn't be more happy with my decision and am proud to be a Lexus owner.

For context, I live in NY/VT and have been frustrated with the condition of Northern cars. Both my parents bought southern Lexus vehicles and they have been very reliable. Combining the quality, style and premise that Lexus owners are generally older/take care of their property, you can't go wrong. I got a great price and would highly encourage you to consider a Lexus for your next car.
