These are goooood people! I hadn't made it in for my 1st appointment yet, but the nurse Veronica got me the info I needed for my sick puppy. She told me to hang on so she could catch the vet (who took time to help me although she was busy seeing other patients) and advise me on what to do while I was waiting to bring him in.
She REALLY listened to me with a patient heart. She held on while I called my family so she could hear everything he was doing throughout the day, (as we were trying to determine if he was displaying parvo symptoms etc.,) Turns out he was not.
As I was at work and worried SICK this Lady, COMPLETELY eased my pain and gave me hope til our appointment time.
These folks are GOLDEN!
Please keep in mind, they are under new management and any negative review must be from the folks before them.
I am grateful to the Lord ABOVE for Cat and Cow!
