William was sooo awesome! Seamless and quick service each time I go. I told him I had a problem with Springfield Nissan because they sold me a car without an antenna and manual and my reception was terrible. The sales man told me that it was in the mail 3xs and I never got anything. Even the manager wouldn't call me back. William resolved the issue within 1 day! Now I have crystal clear reception and actually happy with my vehicle! He is pretty amazing and great customer service! Thanks will!
