The service is ok. A bit spotty. The website for managing your account is a bit older, and I have had issues with the automated payments where they just didn't happen, with no notice of any kind. And when you call them to ask about it, there is zero understanding of how that works and zero empathy. I've generally found their customer service very inflexible, un-empathetic, and not friendly. I cant wait till another competitive option is available.
