One star is compliant in this case... Probably the worst dealership in the country.... car went in to get gearbox housing fixed....they mixed up our details with another vw clients details....car was in there for over a week...go to pick it up only to find the car had been vandalized.... numberplate (which was pop riveted on) ripped off light broken... and they deny responsibility.

Thanks to the service manager who sorted our car out for us... but your response is a bit bais.... first of all the car as per your CCTV footage came in With both number plates on...to say "number plate was missing" is a bit misleading. Incorrect Vin was not given to you...your staff went to the car and took it down... then once warranty approval was given the part arrived quickly sourcing the part was not the issue... the fact that the warranty claim was done with a mix of ours and another person's details is what delayed the process... we thank the service manager for all his help resolving the issues we had there.
