Called to tell them that a letter from them addressed to someone who used to live in my house. But moved out years ago. They wanted my personal information. I refused to give them that. Because the letter had nothing to do with me. She got very agitated. Finally got her to understand that i wouldn't give that info. Then was able to solve the situation.
