Over 4 months, 3 visits, never ordered parts to wrong parts ordered they have still yet to fix our hot water issue. Considering it's winter, there is no urgency. When speaking to their contact centre staff and engineers, they are full of contradictions and lies. Really feels like this company has over promised their clients in what they are capable of delivering as a service. I feel sorry for people who's property are serviced by these amateurs.
