This experience was excellent from start to finish...

This experience was excellent from start to finish. I sent a message through their online contact form letting them know my situation and requested help with a price on a certain vehicle I was trying to get and within probably an hour or so, I got an email and a phone call from Derek, an internet rep, with a generous change in the price. After a few phone calls back and forth to make sure I knew it had already passed safety and emissions, I told him I'd be in. We got there as quickly as possible and were greeted and quickly ushered out to test drive the car. I did the kind of inspection I'd have done for a car sold by a private party. We were immediately impressed by the state of the vehicle, except for the odor - it had been owned by a smoker. I was on the freeway for about three seconds before deciding to purchase it. When we got back to sign paperwork, Derek told me he'd work on getting the smoke smell out before we pick it up tomorrow. He then put some gas into it and said it would be ready for us after my wife got off work the next day.

Excellent establishment!

Edit: We got the car to give to my mom as a gift, and she has had it since August 2014. It's a SUPER good car! No complaints at all!
