Booked through agoda from the 9th to the 12th.

Booked through agoda from the 9th to the 12th.
There was a subsequent death in my family that needed a change of arrangements.
I was not sure that both agoda and the hotel would be accommodating however I was surprised. Called Ishara at the hotel. She expressed genuine empathy for the situation and offered to cancel the accommodation with no penalties.
