I worked at this facility for a little over a year...

I worked at this facility for a little over a year and it was absolutely awful. Management does absolutely NOTHING to support their staff and allow violence to happen. If you upset the administrator then be prepared to not get paid for the time you ve earned. It is literally the worst facility I ve EVER worked for and I feel absolutely awful for any GOOD staff and residents that are stuck there. Best of luck if you give this place the time of day.
